When there is enough time in advance to apply for it, we also often apply for accreditation from the Colorado CLE office.
When you attend one of our programs, we provide a uniform certificate of attendance (“UCOA”). In the past we have sometimes heard from an attendee that he or she has been able to obtain CLE credit in his or her own state by submitting the UCOA to his or her own CLE authority. Please do not ask us to try to obtain CLE accreditation from other states.
In any event the way you will receive CLE credit, if at all, is by submitting the UCOA yourself to your state CLE agency.
If you successfully obtain CLE credit in your state, we would be very grateful if you could let us know. Please drop an email to us at . We can try to collect news of the successes and this may be helpful to other attendees in future who wish to seek CLE credit in your state.
CLE assistance? Please note that to keep our prices as low as possible, the registration fee paid to OPLF does not include assistance from our office in attempting to obtain CLE credit from your state CLE agency. We will provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance and related material, and it is up to you to attempt to obtain the CLE credit from your state CLE agency. If you wish assistance from our office in attempting to obtain CLE credit from your state CLE agency, please understand that (a) there will be an extra charge for such assistance; (b) our assistance will be limited to answering questions and filling out forms for you, but it will be up to you to communicate with your state CLE agency directly, and (c) we cannot make any assurances of successful CLE credit in any state in which we have not promised to provide CLE accreditation.
Thank you!
